Gina Deprima is a fair and equitable mediator attorney. She takes the time to listen and to explain things. If she doesn't know something she'll tell you that and doesn't leave you guessing. I would recommend her. Since my last review regarding mediation work, I have now also collaborated with Gina on estate planning. She thinks outside the box and she gets the job done. She is personal, professional, and someone I trust.

Gina was appointed to be my son's law guardian and I really felt she had his best interest at heart. She developed a thorough parenting plan that was fair for both parents but most importantly, she made decisions that were best for my son. Going through court is scary, stressful, and unpleasant but Gina's involvement with the case set my mind at ease and I recommend her to everyone who is seeking legal advice for family court.

Gina at deprima was exceptional. Help us with making sure our affairs were in order before leaving on a trip overseas. Gina was extremely empathetic with helping us to understand what would happen to our young sons and assets id we did not have anything in place should the worst happen.

Prior to a free estate planning presentation at a local brewery, I had minimal comprehension about estate planning. By the end of that session, I knew that despite being in my mid 20s, I had plenty of reason to complete an estate plan and to do so with Gina's firm. Due to my ownership in multiple entities and properties as well as a desire to maintain these assets indefinitely, Gina advised me to set up a trust, so we did. Now I have the peace of mind knowing that if I die tomorrow, my affairs are in order for my family and business partners. An unexpected consequence of this experience has been becoming an advocate for proper estate planning among friends and family. Particularly my parents who stopped estate planning at a will. Based on my knowledge and experience gained from working with Gina, my siblings and I now can have productive conversations with my parents about how to plan for their legacy. I would highly recommend Gina to anyone looking for estate planning services.
